Lindsi has worked at the Derby Chamber of Commerce since July 2013. As the Marketing and Special Events Director, Lindsi oversees the planning, promotion, and execution of all Chamber events and programs. She manages sponsorship opportunities, coordinates event logistics, and leads all marketing efforts, including social media and graphic design. Her work is focused on creating engaging experiences that connect members with each other and with the Derby community.

Lindsi is a Derby High School graduate and has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Wichita State University. She is an active member of Rotary District 5680 and volunteers her time on various committees.

My interest in web development began while in the USAF. An interactive photo gallery my first project. In 2007 I pursued a B.S. degree in Computer Science at the University of North Dakota. After I began my first semester, I was hired by UND's University Relations department as a web development intern and was promoted to Lead Developer in less than a year. I graduated in 2009 and continued at UND for four years before moving on to work with LogicMaze out of Hutchinson, KS. Within a year I became the lead developer and revolutionized their in-house CMS. In 2018 I moved on to Baseline Creative where I worked as the lead UX developer and less than a year later I left to grow my own company, Olive Web Design. During my career, I noticed that there are very few web design agencies that focus on growing their client's business. This inspired me to focus a client's website around sales, lead, and customer interactions; ultimately things that will bring business growth.

Hi, I’m Sundee Dunn, REALTOR® with Graham Realtors. I am so glad you are here! I live in Derby with my High School sweetheart and our two boys. I’m a half marathoner – twenty-four but who’s counting! That’s right! I am one of “those people” who will run a 5K on Thanksgiving morning. I also enjoy biking, photography, and reading business and motivational books. During the day you can find me crushing my goals as a REALTOR^® with more than a decade of marketing experience!

Mark has worked at the Derby Chamber of Commerce since September 2013. As the President & CEO he is responsible for the day to day operations of the Chamber and long-term fiscal planning.

Mark is Derby High School graduate and has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Friends University. He is a retired Sergeant from the Derby Police Department and has been involved with the Chamber since 1999. After retirement, Mark was elected to serve on the Chamber Board of Directors from 2005 - 2012. He also served on the Derby City Council from 2007 - 2019. In 2023, he was elected as Mayor of Derby.

As a first-generation college graduate, my passion is to serve and give back to the community that has supported me for most of my life. I believe it's important to understand your unique story before investing your money. Money is personal! Whether you had a lot or a little growing up, your attitude around it is shaped by your own experiences. My priority is to learn who you are, who you care about, where you grew up and what your vision of success looks like. Understanding your past and present helps us to work to develop a plan for the future. 
 

Diona has worked at the Derby Chamber of Commerce since February 2025. As the Membership Relations Manager, Diona welcomes and onboards new members, manages member profiles, and oversees billing and account maintenance to ensure every Chamber member has a smooth and engaging experience.

Diona is a Derby High School graduate and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Wichita State University.

M&M Custom Construction LLC is owned and operated by Shane Moeder, who started the company in 2011 after working more than 23 years in the industry. Moeder’s approach to new home construction continues to receive recognition by business leaders and industry professionals alike, most recently being named one of the Wichita Business Journal's 2023 Top Builders and Top General Contractors, and a 2024 Top Home Builder. Moeder received a Certificate of Recognition in appreciation for outstanding service as a member of the Wichita Area Builder’s Association (WABA) Board of Directors in 2022 and is considered a WABA Honor Builder for 2023. Homes built by M&M are also repeatedly recognized with WABA’s Parade of Home awards.
