Ribbon Cutting - Ziggi's Coffee

Join us for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of Ziggi’s Coffee and welcome them to the Derby Chamber of Commerce! This new location is Derby’s first Ziggi’s Coffee and is owned by Derby resident Kassie Collins, bringing a new coffee option to the west side of town.

The ribbon cutting also supports a meaningful local cause. On the day of the event, Ziggi’s Coffee will host a fundraiser in partnership with the Derby Community Foundation, with 20% of all sales benefiting the Career Technical Education Endowment Fund. This fund helps remove financial barriers for Derby High School students pursuing career pathways.

Following opening day, Ziggi’s Coffee will host a Week of Deals January 5–11, featuring special promotions and a free Ziggi’s for a year giveaway.
