November Chamber Luncheon

Description

** LOCATION CHANGE **
Please note that this luncheon, and all upcoming luncheons until further notice, will take place in the Venue at Madison Avenue Central Park.

PROGRAM:
Small Business Resources
Wayne Bell with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will introduce programs and resources for anyone looking to start or grow a business, with a special focus on veterans. SBA team members from across the region will stay after the luncheon to answer questions and talk with you about your business.

Military SkillBridge
A representative from McConnell Air Force Base will explain how SkillBridge lets approved businesses host eligible service members for hands-on training, apprenticeships, or internships for up to six months. Participants continue to receive their military pay and benefits, so businesses can train and get to know potential future hires without paying their wages during the program.

Advanced RSVP required by November 11 at Noon.

** Cancellation / No Show Policy **
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the $17 lunch fee as a lunch has already been ordered.
