** LOCATION CHANGE **
Please note that this luncheon, and all upcoming luncheons until further notice, will take place in the Venue at Madison Avenue Central Park.
PROGRAM:
Chief Brandon Russell and Deputy Chief Lem Moore will share how the Derby Police Department intentionally shifted its internal culture, resulting in stronger morale and higher retention, by relying on Cultural Touchstones. They recently presented this program to the International Association of Chiefs of Police and will present it again to the Kansas Association of Chiefs in May.
While their examples come from law enforcement, the core concepts apply to any organization looking to strengthen workplace culture and teamwork. The Touchstones they’ll discuss include: Service, Professionalism, Integrity, Communication, Empathy, Compassion, Resilience, Accountability, Family, and Teamwork.
We hope you’ll join us for this timely and practical discussion on culture change that translates to every workplace.
